Effective Date: 19 March 2026 Last Updated: 19 March 2026
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the EU Funds Deep Scan service and related monitoring services (the “Service”) provided through the website eurofounders.org (the “Website”) operated by EURO LEARNING LLC (“EuroFounders”, “we”, “us”, or “our”).
By registering for the Service or making a purchase, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
1. Service Description
EuroFounders provides two tiers of service:
Free Registration: Upon registering, you receive a personalised overview of EU funding programmes relevant to your sector, country, and company stage, delivered by email. Your contact details are stored to enable delivery of this overview.
EU Funds Deep Scan (paid, one-time payment per scan): Upon payment, our system uses artificial intelligence to analyse your company profile against EU funding calls published on the EU Funding & Tenders Portal. You receive a detailed eligibility report delivered to the email address associated with your registration. Each payment also activates 3 months of weekly monitoring, during which newly published EU funding calls are automatically assessed against your profile every Monday, with results delivered by email when matches are found.
2. Eligibility
The Service is intended for business founders, entrepreneurs, and representatives of organisations based in or operating within EU Member States, EEA countries, and EU-Associated Countries. You must be at least 18 years of age to use the Service.
3. Registration and Account Data
To use the Service, you must complete a registration form providing accurate and current information about yourself and your organisation. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide. Inaccurate or incomplete information may affect the quality of the AI assessment.
You may update your profile at any time by resubmitting the registration form with the same email address. Your existing record will be updated automatically.
4. Payments and Pricing
The EU Funds Deep Scan is a one-time payment per scan at the price displayed at checkout. Payments are processed securely by a third-party payment provider. EuroFounders does not store your payment card details.
Each payment triggers one full AI-powered scan of EU funding calls against your profile, plus activates 3 months of weekly monitoring from the date of payment.
You may purchase additional scans at any time. Each new payment triggers a fresh scan and resets the weekly monitoring period to 3 months from the new payment date.
Prices may change at our discretion. Any price changes will not affect payments already completed.
5. Right of Withdrawal and No-Refund Policy
Under the EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU), consumers purchasing digital services at a distance have a 14-day right of withdrawal.
However, by completing your purchase, you expressly request that the Service begins immediately — the AI scan is initiated automatically upon payment confirmation. You acknowledge and agree that by requesting immediate performance, you lose your right of withdrawal once the Service has been fully performed.
In accordance with Article 16(a) of Directive 2011/83/EU, the right of withdrawal does not apply to services that have been fully performed with the consumer’s prior express consent and acknowledgement that the right of withdrawal will be lost upon full performance.
No refunds will be issued once the Deep Scan has been initiated. The scan involves real computational costs that cannot be recovered. This policy is consistent with EU consumer protection law for digital services delivered immediately upon request.
If you believe there has been a technical error that prevented delivery of your results, please contact us via the form at https://eurofounders.org/contact/ within 7 days of payment. We will investigate and, at our sole discretion, may re-run the scan or issue a credit.
6. Nature of the Service — Disclaimer
The EU Funds Deep Scan provides an automated AI-generated assessment of potential eligibility for EU funding programmes. It is intended as an informational starting point, not as professional legal, financial, or grant advisory services.
Important limitations:
The assessment is based on publicly available call information from the EU Funding & Tenders Portal and the company profile you provide. The Service covers a broad range of EU centrally managed programmes but does not guarantee coverage of every programme, call, or sub-grant opportunity published on the Portal. It does not constitute a guarantee of eligibility, funding, or success in any application. EU funding eligibility depends on many factors not captured by this Service, including consortium requirements, budgetary constraints, evaluator judgments, and detailed technical criteria within full call documentation. The AI assessment may contain inaccuracies or miss relevant factors. We strongly recommend reviewing the full call documentation on the EU Portal and consulting professional grant advisory services before submitting any application.
EuroFounders is not a grant consultancy and does not provide application support, proposal writing, or submission services.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on the Website, including text, graphics, logos, email templates, and the AI assessment methodology, is the property of EURO LEARNING LLC or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You may use the assessment results delivered to you for your own business purposes. You may not resell, redistribute, or publicly display the assessment results without our written consent.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:
EuroFounders shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim arising from the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific scan giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for decisions you make based on the assessment results, including decisions to apply or not apply for specific EU funding programmes.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
9. Data Protection
Your personal data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy, available at https://eurofounders.org/privacy-policy/. By using the Service, you acknowledge that you have read and understood the Privacy Policy.
10. Weekly Monitoring and Service Duration
Weekly monitoring is active for 3 months from the date of your most recent payment. During this period, you will receive an email when new matching calls are found. If no new matches are found in a given week, no email is sent. After 3 months, weekly monitoring stops automatically.
You may unsubscribe from the EU Funds service at any time using the unsubscribe link provided in every service email. Unsubscribing will delete your registration data from our database and stop all service communications, including weekly monitoring. If you separately opted in to the EuroFounders newsletter, your newsletter subscription is managed independently and will not be affected by unsubscribing from the EU Funds service.
Links to EU Portal calls included in your assessment emails are provided as a convenience and route through our tracking system. Unless you request deletion, these links are guaranteed to function for a minimum of 30 days from the date of the email in which they were sent. After this period, or if you unsubscribe and your data is deleted, these links may no longer function. We recommend saving any EU Portal URLs of interest within 30 days or before requesting deletion of your data.
11. Modifications to the Service and Terms
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time, with or without notice. We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or by posting a notice on the Website. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the European Union, specifically the consumer protection laws of the EU Member State in which you are habitually resident, in accordance with Regulation (EC) No 593/2008 (Rome I). This means you benefit from the mandatory consumer protection provisions of your home country.
For any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service, you may bring proceedings in the courts of your habitual residence. You may also use the European Commission’s Online Dispute Resolution platform at https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/.
13. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
14. Contact
For questions about these Terms, the Service, or to report a technical issue, please use the contact form at https://eurofounders.org/contact/.
