Es basiert auf jahrelanger Erfahrung, Studium und direktem Kontakt damit, wie Gr\u00fcnder in Europa Unternehmen aufbauen. Ich habe es gestartet, weil diese Realit\u00e4t noch immer schlecht verstanden wird.<\/p>\n      <p>Ich bin <strong>Alexandros Samaras<\/strong>, die Person hinter EuroFounders. Ich habe Europ\u00e4ische Politik am <strong>College of Europe<\/strong> in Br\u00fcgge, Belgien studiert. Sp\u00e4ter habe ich einen <strong>MBA in den USA<\/strong> an der La Salle University abgeschlossen.<\/p><p>Im Laufe der Zeit habe ich eng mit Gr\u00fcndern und fr\u00fchen Teams zusammengearbeitet. Au\u00dferdem habe ich viel Zeit in unternehmerischen und Investment-Kreisen verbracht, insbesondere in den USA. Das hat mir eine vergleichende Perspektive auf Europa gegeben, die in g\u00e4ngigen Diskussionen oft fehlt.<\/p><p>Ich habe EuroFounders gegr\u00fcndet, weil der Aufbau eines Unternehmens in Europa komplexer ist, als es scheint. Regeln, F\u00f6rderstrukturen, Anreize und Marktrealit\u00e4ten unterscheiden sich erheblich von Land zu Land. Vieles an verf\u00fcgbarer Beratung ist generisch oder von der europ\u00e4ischen Realit\u00e4t abgekoppelt.<\/p><p>Mit EuroFounders versuche ich, diese Komplexit\u00e4t verst\u00e4ndlicher zu machen. Ich tue dies ohne Hype, Druck oder versteckte Absichten.
